Depends on the chosen shipping line. From China posting to delivery: 10-21 days (Express), 15-35 days (Standard), 30-90 days (Economy). Before that, ~7-12 days for the product to reach our warehouse in China.
How does payment work?
Card or local methods. You pay in 2 moments: (1) Product plus Tragui 15% fee before purchase. (2) Shipping cost to you, calculated later based on weight and volume.
What if the product does not arrive?
We guarantee 100% refund if the product does not reach you within 60 days. If any issue, contact us via WhatsApp or panel.
Can I import battery, electronics, branded items?
Depends on the shipping line. Some accept batteries, others do not. When choosing, we show exactly which options support your product.
Do you issue invoices?
For personal use, no invoice (direct import). For businesses, we issue an invoice for our intermediation service. For formal import, contact us.
Can I order branded products?
Some shipping lines do not accept branded products (Apple, Nike, etc). If that is the case, there may be Chinese customs retention. We recommend unbranded or generic products.
Can I see the product before paying shipping?
Yes. When the product arrives at our warehouse in China, we inspect it before sending you the 3 shipping options to choose from.
